How it works
Email us at support.smilo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us what went wrong. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps for a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Good to know
- For hygiene reasons, please let us know before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
- Original shipping is on us — you won't pay to receive your order.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo to support.smilo@gmail.com and we'll ship a free replacement right away.
