We do our best to describe our products accurately, including colors and features. Slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors.

Use of the toothbrush

Smilo™ is designed to make daily brushing easier and more fun for children ages 2–15. It is a supplement to good oral-care habits, not a replacement for your dentist's advice — please keep up regular check-ups and adult supervision for young children.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smilo™ is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Your use of the product is at your own discretion and risk.
